Abstract: 

Ethical indecency and fineness have paramount importance in ethics. If it is denied, ethics will be considered relative. In this article, its definitions and aspects will be discussed using the Islamic sources.The data have been collected from reliable Islamic sources and search engines such as Yahoo, Google, and Iran Medex using key words such as innate goodness and badness, ethical indecency and fineness and rational deductions.The five found definitions are "compatibility and incompatibility with habitude", "aims agreement", "perfection and imperfection", admiration and criticism and innate tendencies. Human humors can be defined as brutal humor and spiritual humor. The first definition doesn’t give us a scale to differentiate ethical from unethical issues and the second one can t prove spiritual deeds comprehensively; unless its correctness has been accepted. The aims have three types: individual aims, common aims and favorable aims. Individual aims lead to ethical chaos but common aims can support ethics. Common aims neither clarify the essence of an action nor concern innate "goodness and badness". They are really the explanations for reasonable indecency or fineness. Favorable aims seek God's satisfaction and need good intends. Perfection and imperfection is actually another expression for compatibility with humor. "Admiration and criticism" is the only definition of optional conducts. It is defined as "appropriateness of admiration and criticism", "order of admiration and criticism", "having capability to be admired or criticized", "admiration and criticism by themselves" and "the wise opinions for admiration or criticism". Innate tendencies are another explanation for compatibility with humor.In defining ethical indecency and fineness, we should consider standards with ethical applications like compatibility with celestial humor, perfection and imperfection, innate tendencies and common aims.

Abstract: 

In this research, by presenting a new method using the generalized linear model, the long term effects of climate change on rainfall changes in the Shoor basin under B1, A2 and A1B scenarios were investigated in three periods of 30 years up to 2090 horizons Using the data of daily precipitation and monthly temperature in the base period (1971-2000) in 13 synoptic stations, using generalized linear models, the incident model and the amount of precipitation simulated and used for fine Exponential scale of GCM model data was used. Of the 20 models provided by the CCCSN database, a wide range of climate change changes were introduced. The generalized linear models, by linking the climate and rainfall variables, provide a fine-scale scaling-up of the outputs of the GCM models. The results of the implementation of the generalized linear model show that only two models of INGV-SXG, BCM2. 0 are suitable for producing future scenario scenarios. The results also indicate a decrease in rainfall and a rise in temperature in the coming periods. The highest percentage of monthly rainfall reduction has taken place in the summer season than the base period. Accordingly, the maximum average monthly precipitation during the period 2030-2001, 25. 22%, during the 2031-2060 period, 37. 5% and 2061-2061, between 35. 58% and the base period of the forecast It will be.

Abstract: 

In this paper the relation of compressive strength of portland cement at 28 days with it's phases and fineness in completing of the Bogue's experimental formula have been contemplated. The laboratory results indicate that there is a direct relationship between phases and fineness of the cement with its compressive strength. In the proposed experimental formulas, the portion of each cement phase and its fineness has been given by coefficients. For any given value of the phases and fineness of cement, the compressive strength could be obtained with acceptable precision.

Abstract: 

A recently proposed asymmetric loss function, termed the exponential squared error loss function, has been applied to estimation problems. However, prediction methodologies based on this loss function remain unexplored in the literature. In this paper, we focus on Bayesian two-sample prediction for the exponential distribution under this new loss function. We consider situations where the informative sample size may be either fixed or random. Since the Bayesian predictors do not have closed forms, we employ a Monte Carlo method to approximate them. A simulation study is conducted to evaluate the performance of the predictors. The simulation results indicate that predictors with fixed sample sizes can outperform those with truncated Poisson and truncated geometrically distributed sample sizes. A real data example is also presented for illustration. The paper concludes with a discussion.

Abstract: 

Menendez (2000) published a paper on Shannon's entropy in exponential family and discussed some properties of them. He introduced an asymptotic distribution for it. In this paper we present an entropy characterization of general exponential model so that Menendez definition is particular state of it. Also we introduced another asymptotic distribution for (H(^q) - H (q0)),where H (q) is Shannon's entropy of X with distribution ¦q (x) , and ^q is MLE of q.

Abstract: 

This experimental work is a contribution to the improvement of the properties of the concretes by mechanical activation (fineness) of two types of cements (C.E.M II) manufactured in various cement factories (cements with various mineral additions: slag and tuff). The physical properties of cements (C.E.M II) activated mechanically at anhydrous state and the state hydrated (specific weight, consistency of the cement pastes, setting times and shrinkage) thus the characteristics of the concretes made at their bases, such as the mechanical behavior (compressive strength for the concrete) are studied. According to the experimental results obtained, it comes that the increase of the specific surface and the chemical composition of cements to the mineral additions are the principal responsibles to the improvement of the latent reactivity of mineral additions and the increase of the mechanical strengths of the concretes.

Abstract: 

We introduce a new wrapped exponential distribution named transmuted wrapped exponential (TWE) distribution, for the modeling of circular datasets by using the Transmutation Rank-Map method. This method is employed for the first time for a wrapped distribution with this study. The introduced distribution is more flexible than traditional wrapped exponential distribution. The paper provides the explicit form of important distributional properties of the introduced distribution such as expectation, median, moments, characteristic function, quantile function, hazard rate function and stress-strength reliability. Ré nyi and Shannon entropies are also obtained. The statistical inference problem for the TWE distribution is investigated using maximum likelihood, least squares and weighted least squares and comparative numerical study results are presented. Furthermore, we present a real dataset analysis.

Abstract: 

In this paper, a non-linear carrier controller with an exponential carrier generator is designed and simulated for power factor correction (pfc). then, this controller is applied to single phase and three phase rectifier using a boost regulator for PFC. the power factor and its variations are measured by computer simulation against the changes in various loads and switching frequencies and the results are discussed. In order to produce voltages lower than the input voltage, a PFC using a buck regulator is used in rectifiers. However, the buck type PFC produces lower power factor then the boost type. For this reson, a flyback regulator is used as a PFC to produce lower voltage then input voltage. Power factor obtained by computer simulation of Fly back pfc are acceptable and are above 95%.
